Having trouble using one of my projects or found a new bug? First check the error lookup page for the particular project, some programs such as the Print Tool Pro have full code based errors which can be referanced on the lookup guides. If that does not help or if the project does not yet feature coded errors here is where you can get some support. I support all my current projects, sometimes I can identify a bug fix it and if significant enough; release a new build in a matter of days, other times I will make a note of it and include a fix in the next build release.

Submitting a bug report generates a case number to track the issue, you can use that case number to lookup its status and view comments on it.
